Why do I have to pay $25 to have paperwork filled out?

This work is done outside of a scheduled visit, typically after hours, and is not covered by insurance. The $25 fee helps account for the physician’s time, expertise, and the administrative work involved in completing these forms thoroughly and responsibly.
